GoZero Returns is a simple return management system that will get and analyze images from one or multiple cameras at your locations. The system will see what is inserted into the area marked for returns and what is removed. This makes it unique and superfast!
Here are some of the features included in the platform:
- Add a single or multiple locations, like a construction site.
- Connect one camera to each location and start it.
- The cameras will start sending in photos and you can see them all in a list.
- All photos are queued to GoZeros master AI and will be compared with the previous one.
- All goods that we can detect is moved into the return are will be created as a new Pickup.
- Pickups are sent as notifications to the list of e-mails you have entered.
- When you confirm the pickup it will wait for pickup and the driver can see the goods in the list.
- Address of the location, information needed and all about the goods including photos will be sent.
- When someone removes the goods from the return area we will try to auto-detect that and clear the Pickup as picked-up.
- Depending on who will receive the returned goods the flow will continue from that partner.
